Any Suggestions on my site?

Take a look at this http://www.e-xtremetech.net let me know if you have any suggestions to make it better?

Apart from "Fatal Error: No DOCTYPE specified!", invalid CSS and potential accessability issues. the layout is quite nice. Main coments is about all that moving stuff - that is a bit of no no IMHO. I think the little box with the key etc. top right, looks a bit out of place, and looks a bit misplaced in Firefox.
Once you have tidied up your HTML, will be better but a good start.

It looks good at first glance, I agree with Jabba on the moving elements, just seems a little overwhelming.

On closer inspection however ... I will rant ...
The main banner with your company logo and slogan is just TOO BIG. It looks like a giant advert. You can maybe optimize the space by adding a list of your core services there. Should have a smaller version for inner pages.

The link back to home is too tiny. Contact should be larger too.

You should have some of your core business sevices listed on the homepage in clear view, shoudln't take too many chances by not displaying important info I would say.

The scrolling text ... can anyone read that? its too fast! Static is best, or scrolling but use very short paragraphs.
