I guess I don't quite see the point. If you have a drop-dead price, why not just charge that? Since the process is automated, its easy for someone to start at $1 and work their way up slowly (and occasionally skip back down) until it won't go down and further. Why would anyone quit before then?

It works as intended, its fast, and "negotiating" is kind of fun, but I would be surprised if anyone quit before the negotiator stops going down in price.

The negotiator will actually give up to 20% off the normal price. That is the point. The person will see that the price goes lower. Plus you can customize your plan. I also have a feature for an instant quote where they will get a price they can accept or decline. This gives them the satisfaction of negotiating. Maybe a variable time delay will make them think an acutal person is negotiating

But if you're willing to give everyone 20% off, why not just say "Sign up now and recieve 20% off"? Everyone likes buying from a sale

Choosing features is definitely nice. That part is a keeper. The only reason I can think of for having the negotiating, in addition to a take it or leave it price is to be confusing, so that people pay different amounts.

Anyway, thats just my opinion.
