can some one critic my logo and give ideas to improve it. i am open to changing the logo on a better idea.

You have to think about consistency, you've written the name in three ways, bmobile, b-mobile and "b mobile". Not good branding.
The logo it self looks a bit bland and generic, not much more to review.

I agree with Akh, the logo works simply as b mobile (and it looks good), the domain name is suitable to go with that, but your title is -mobile. I'd change the title if I was you.
