The background is a bit strong, and the scrollbar doesn't seem to match anything else particularly well. I'm not particularly keen on the overline for hyperlinks on hover either. Other than that, it looks good, and largely goes reasonably well together and everything is easy to read.

Looks OK.

Only real comment is that although the flash logo / header thing is nice, quite fancy, it gets a but annoying when it reloads on every page.

I think the whole things looks way too wordy and cluttered. A lot of text and really small font.
