Hi Guys, newbie here, would like some feedback on a website that I created 5 months ago. The site has about 500+ pages, it has articles, videos, flash...etc. it is a work in progress, I appreciate your opinions in advance!

I must say that that is one clean and efficient website. Navigation is stylish though in flash so that may arise some complications to those who don't have it. I on the other hand do and found it a treat. Also in flash, the man on the ball exercising was a nice touch to the index.
A single suggestion I have to increase your keyword density is to cut thing that don't need to be in flash and convert them into pictures. One example is the logo at the top left. It's included in the swf though I don't particularly see any reason why it is. Were you to convert it into a picture, not only would loading decrease but you can also include alt text to up your beef. Again, great looking site, g'luck.

I will take the logo suggestion, thanks for the tip. Is the overall design user friendly? any SEO advice? how can i make it so that search engine could crawl it better?

I like it. A lot.
One suggestion - and I don't know how this could be done. The sound that your top navigation buttons make is a nice touch, but tends to be repetitive when someone is navigating through your site. You may want to have it silenced after the first play.

Hi great looking site. I noticed that you don't have a doctype declaration at the beginning of the page. This is important for maintaining a standards compliant site that will function properly in different browsers. It should be something like
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/loose.dtd"> Try googling doctype you should find plenty of info on it. Cheers and keep up the good work.

That flash movie realy helps the visitor to get the idea in first impression. Images are choosen very well.
Something else is needed but I don't know what. Perhaps a background color or image.

Only thing I could think of to improve the site, would be some color changes on hover for the links.
