check out my site...
Hi everyone:
I am quite new to programming and I just designed my first website for the company I work for. I only know HTML and Javascript so I wrote everything myself. I know it needs some work and I'll appreciate any suggestions I can get. http://www.automotivedirectmail.com Thanks |

a couple points
not so bad for a first website. i'll just mention a couple basic points.
first off, put a link back to home at the top/bottom of each page off the main page. i saw that you had that home gif image, but put some text links back too. also, make sure every page has a header. specifically the samples page is just a bunch of pictures... i didn't know what i was looking at. so put a header, and maybe some small descriptions beside each picture to tell me what i'm lookin at would help. the javascript on the order form doesn't seem to be completely working. i can't select 500 or 1000 for more than one type of flyer. and the "so far you have ordered:" box doesn't seem to always update correctly. anyways, i guess those points will start ya off. nice work for a first site. - Adam

Too many different fonts in shape, size and color.
Background too old fashion. Remember to put border="0" in the image tags, to get rid of the outline. Unless of course .. ehm.. you like that !??! All together is the site a bit too old fashion. |

Thank you so much everyone who looked at the site. I am working on making it look better. Does anyone know if Frontpage 2002 or 2003 is better to use? The differences between the two?
