Well What can I say, Please critique it

An all flash site, with no way to bypass it, and no alternate/equivalent non-flash version is simply self indulgent ego auto-massage. There is no value/content for the visitor. This page is a failure.

man, that's harsh, but i have to agree somewhat, sorry. (emmm kk4st, please review mine next).

ehhh..... wut? Stop using buzz words and give an actual review. Im not here to please you by giving you a non flash version...... Your lack of proper grasp of the english language confounds me. "auto-massage" is not even a word.....

Also the site is not yet completed... there will be more content later, try again next time though. Also, if you are going to give a bad review at least use words that make sense, there are plenty of people with all flash sites. not every site on the web is out there to please YOU my friend. You are the one who is egotistical.

EDIT: btw.... of course the site was "self indulgent" I did it for myself.... its my personall site expressing who I am.......

kk5st maybe you are looking for a complete site, hackerman want only to review the flash site.

having a title that say "Untitled Document" doesn't look very professional

btw, it didn't look like the flash loaded here,
so if you want accessibility you should have a non-flash alternative, remember google doesn't do flash either, a html site would give you higher rating.

and i agree with Gary, the internet is about information, if the information isn't accessible then there isn't much use for that site.

it did actually load, though it took unnecessary long time. way too heavy, you ought to do some optimalization.
and i don't really see the need for flash on your site,
everything that you did in flash could as easily be done in html.
if you cut out some of the elements, like the intro and the background music, that just addes time to the loading.

I decided to open IE to see what the fuss was about.
Have to agree with the rest too about the need for Flash and the page load time. It took about ... (well I wasn't counting but it took a long time) on a T1 - probably the music I suppose (which I like).
I would have a look at your text on the front page.

As others have said - loading time a bit of a problem, and page needs a title!
Also, maybe the grey boxes with the bulk of the text should be darker, so the text can be read more easily - and I don't think that the links should go quite so dark on mouseover.

My understanding of the grammar and vocabulary of the English language is in the top few percentiles of all native English speakers. I can only assume you are easily confounded.

It doesn't matter the content, nor that I am interested—only that it has content, and that the content is presented in a user-friendly and accessible manner. Top Few? did you just pull this out of your ***? Unless your steven hawking I highly doubt that. To Auto massage..... you could put it together but it still doesnt mean anything. What am I auto massaging? You never gave the (accusitive) object of the verb, i.e. my ego.

Also as everyone has so kindly stated that my site is not google friendly, and that it doesnt have to be all in flash. I say once again that the site is all flash for my purposes. I made a personal site 2 express myself.

I just wanted to know how liked the design honestly, not its acsessability because frankly thats not what its there for. I show to it perspective clients as a way to show them my flash work. I also show them my HTMl site which I have for them to see my HTML and design skills. Thats basically what the site is for. As you know most freelancers are searched for but they search for people, so that is the purpose of this site...



And what does this mean? They make perfect sense. If you can't understand simple sentences than you need to go back to grammar school....

Umm "auto-massage" was used in the noun form. "Ego" is actually an adjective in this case. Did you mean transitive rather than accusitive? Prospective rather than perspective client? "…" rather than "...." Why an ellipsis (if that's what you meant), was your thought tailing off?

Ah well, if the purpose is to please yourself, and you are pleased, then you have created a successful page.

How can Ego be an adjective? That makes no sense? If Ego is an adjective than I could say "Hey that looks pretty ego" .... Ehhh, yeah.... No its the object of the verb. I have a big ego - what do I have , an ego, what is it, big. Here big would be the adjective while ego would be the object which I possess.
