When your site first loads the screen is completely black - there is no loading screen. The first time I viewed your site I ended up closing it because I thought there wasn't anything there.

I also agree. Since it takes a little while to load, it should definitely be there; otherwise, many visitors would assume that the site is broken.

Also the navigation is not intuitive at all. If you target only selected audience, then it's ok, but if you target general audience, something needs to be done to make the navigation more intuitive.
