I think you should center the buttons on the toolbar and maybe make new images so on mouseover they light up?? Just a thought

The overall graphics of the site aren't bad. Its a pretty dark site, but I'm guessing that is what you were going for. Here are my ideas on ways to improve it.

1. The menu is close to unreadable.
2. The text below the content area is unreadable.
3. If it were my site, I would consider changing the grey text to a lighter shade of grey. I just think there needs to be more contrast between the background and text.
4. The links are strange. Using line-through pretty much prevents the user from reading what the link says when they mouse over the link. I strongly recommend against that.
5. This is just my opinion. You use frames. I hate those. But not only do you use a frame, you use an iframe. Way to many frames IMO.

I guess that is it. I would say the site, overall, isn't bad. Good luck with the site.
