Why shouldn't we mention that the top animation takes forever to load... it does, even on broadband connection.
http://www.dmngroup.com/dmcompany1.htm Things like moving arrows, fast spinning "Home" text, scrolling text should be replaced with something decent. These do not look good at all. The menu is shocking. The test moving and changing when you move the mouse over is very annoying and confusing. Also the font is not that readable and is one of those fonts that should not be used on the web. Do yourself a favour and get rid of the flash, seriously. You have over-done it and it makes the site look tacky and un-professional. It also hinders the usability of the site and will penalise your search engine ranking. |

Woah, I don't know about the rest of you but that navigator to the left with all the moving seems a bit confusing...could just be me.
Another thing would be those blue bars going across the page, they go over your floor plans and things like that. Yeah I have a 512kb cable connection and it takes about 15-20 seconds to load for me. Then again it shouldn't be a problem, it is just a banner and it's the last thing that loads so it should be fine. To not sound repetitive I'm not going to say and another thing... Your top menu with home, company, project, contact dissapear when you click on: Company, project, contact, and on the rest of the pages it has to load again. This is why I hate flash pages, I don't know if this is a flash page I only looked at it for a sec but these damn flash menus that take 5-10 seconds to load. I hate them! I'm prety sure I'm not the only one. It's kinda like how some people feel about frames... Also, could just be me. The fact that you have to have your mouse over the actual letter and not over the general area is a pain in the *** as well...not a very accessible site for people with vision problems, or some sort of disability where they don't have pin point percision with their hands, or jus the lack of dexterity. This isn't true for the menu to the left but the rest...well. At first I couldn't read some of the words on the menu, I may be illiterate, but the w3c recomends offering a generic font for people. I'm new to html 4.01 but your site seems to have a frameset DTD which your site doesn't conform to, says validator.w3c.org. Another look at the menu after I though ti had it figured out...I'm lost... Hrm...other than that it's a nice site. PS.... Ooo Ooo someone else doesn't liek flash yayPSS... I'm going to add another post script... PSSS.... I should take the place of bart and the text should read: "I will use google and search the results for more than 5 minutes before asking dumb questions!" PSSSS.... If you add enough s' to the post script abbr. then it sounds like you're in the privacy of your washroom bahaha I love my maturity level.PSSSSS.... if I had a PS for every edit, there would be about 10 more S' :P |
