you should make your banner more streamlined and make your site a bit more graphic intensive (eye catching). but i think you did a good job with your reseller site unless thats a template you bought.

It looks alright, although a few real nitpicks:

The button on the logon bar at the top should display "Login" instead of "submit"... it just looks "wrong" that it says 'submit'.

Your pop-ups in the hosting plan page don't work in Firefox.

The links to sign up for a hosting plan doesn't really catch my eye. You have to scroll all the way down to find shopping baskets that blend in with the background. If you could make the signup links more prominent, you might attract more customers.

You've also opted for a table layout, when a div layout is all the rage! It's not just a trend, it's the correct way.

Globat.com has you beat in price alone, and they will soon have reseller packages, plus they're basic package has more space and bandwidth than your top commerce package.

3) I think that you should keep the main site in theme with the reseller part.
