Feedback on my new website.

Hello, i am in the finishing stages of completing my current web project.

I would like people to register, login and test all the features, then post some feedback on any design or functionality issues. Basically review the good points, bad points of the site.

first and foremost, get rid of the entryway, splash screen, intro page, whatever you want to call it. while it's attractive, it is a waste of time and bandwidth.. it serves no real purpose.. i'd get rid of it.

it is a matter of opinion, but i would suggest NOT using flash for navigation elements. well.. really i would suggest not using flash at all. especially for things that you can use CSS or javascript to do. avoid requiring a plug-in unless you absolutely have to have it.

I would also suggest correcting spelling and tyopgrahpical errors wherever you or somebody else finds them.



contains six(6) spelling errors, and inconsistent use of capital letters.

Overall, the appearance and style is very nice. The interface is smooth, and the navigational elements (though some of it is done in flash, that seems to require that i click a couple of times for it to work) are intuitive in that they follow conventions seen elsewhere.

Not a bad effort after the first page:
Your gallery counter script ain't working, eg: Browse Art by Category ( )
I would put Welcome: guest instead of Welcome: not registered etc...
Otherwise it is not bad, though green isn't my fav color. Also, on the front page and the image navigation the page would load better if you defined the image size.
