Arrow fleg-'ma-tik restructure

Alright, my friend has a site that he made in dreamweaver (wysiwyg mode), and he has very little experiance with markup.
The result of his escapade was a not too shabby looking site (excluding the color selection. lol), but nested tables and depreciated markup. So he asked me to take a whack at it:

The Original: fleg-'ma-tik
The Lean: fleg-'ma-tik

it's actually not supposed to be different at all, that's what he wanted the site to look like. but he was using nested tables, and depreciated markup. i seperated the design from the content. and the menu doesn't work because i don't have it linked to anything, because i'm only made him the template.

he chose not to use the restructured code, because to his own admission, he didn't know how in the hell to use the page/where to put what/etc.
