The site looks good. And although I am certain many people would like to add a banner that you would provide; I am also certain that many of the web developers would not like to add your banner that says "custom web design". The graphic design is alright because obviously if you need the banner you have no inkling of graphic design. Just a thought, but I'm not sure on a site I created that I would be interested in advertising someone else's web development ability.

Overall the site looks great!!

I think you should centralize your site. It appears to be cut into 2 seperate parts on the homepage (top and bottom). But when you click on a link, it keeps the top and changes the bottom. If the top is your header you should possibly look at making it smaller, or moving the info from the bottom to the top. THere is a lot of "empty space" since the images are all over. As well pop ups are annoying and discourage people from revisiting your site.

I did not spend the time to look over the entire site for a few reasons. The first was because of the advertising of your services that you posted in your site critique post. This topic is not to advertise services, but rather ask for a critique on your site (to help further the development). Secondly, I was distracted by the pop ups and when I went to close them I ended up closing yours as well.

I hope you can learn something from this. If you want to be successful (more than the norm) you have to have be professional in every aspect.

Good luck with your company and site.

Some nice design stuff there, but all the animation made me feel queezy. I couldn't look at the page for more than a couple of seconds, so I left - sorry
