Please have a look at URL and let's know where you think I could make some improvements.

Thanks

Hey,

I like the general style of the site, although i think the whole thing could do with being moved up about an inch to stop me having to scroll down for the footer. Also, each page seemed to take a while to load (particularly news/press) and i got javascript errors.

Couldn't get any of the music to work either.

cheers

DTR

Not much loaded for me using firefox, but in explorer it seemed to work. The look is really nice, but your links dont stand out enough. I know you are trying to go for a certain look, but it can be difficult to navigate. The counter at the bottom spoils your page a bit. I also agree with DTR about pushing the whole page up a bit. Your background picture of the dragonfly(?) may be too harsh and makes it hard to read the text. There were errors loading certain java components, at least thats what IE said. But well done. All you need to do is fix the code. Good luck.

Since I use Firefox as my primary browser, it sucks that I can't see the site. You should work on the asap.

I agree with everything stated above. Most important is that the text is too hard to read with the dragonfly as the background. I also think the font is too hard to read for standard text.

The design is great, it just needs some tweaks.

I just noticed something, www.hayleyreid.com is a forwarding URL, the site itself is being stored on a free server but I put some code in to block all those annoying ads appearing (I think this is why there's a large gap at the top of the screen). Just out of bull headedness I went to the URL where the files are located in mozilla and the site worked fine (albeit with some ads on the page)

So for those of you who use mozilla etc and would like to have a look, please go to http://hayleyrdublin.tripod.com

By the way, thanks for all your advice, I aim to implement the necessary changes ASAP.

Thanks
Al
