How my work in progress?
I am working on a new homepage for my website and I want to know what you all think of it. It is fully integrated into my forums. and is my first page using CSS. What do you think of it so far?

Your site doesn't validate, either css or html , though I guess you are just playing around at the moment.
Can't really comment too much, apart from the flashing image in the corner

Thats because it is php, well for CSS I have no clue don't know much about it. But how does it look good bad?

PHP is server side technology. It outputs whatever it processes into html -> so saying it is PHP is not an excuse. Re looks -> it looks OK
