Err, I assume those grey links are sections that aren't done yet. I suggest you remove those completely until you've fininished those sections. "Dead links" just confuses.

Oh, and all other pages except for the index page gives some nice php errors

A couple of other notices:

I suggest you align search and login to the top. Also adding some gradient background to the main area could bring more "life" to the site.
