Design Comments?
I currently run a Championship Manager website and I am looking to change the design or atleast improve current, at present the design is: URL
the next design I have made is at URL
and lastly there is URL
Can you please state the one you recommend i should use and comment on improvements for any of them, anything i could add change or delete, i need this input, cheers

either the first or the third...
with the first I'd suggest making the big right image a background image with no-repeat, that would make the rounded corners images less visible and look a lot more professional, imo.

it is a bg with no repeat, it is a big picture, maybe your browser dont read the bgproperties tag, dpends, what browser you using?

I use firebird, I see your body tag:

it doesn't say no-repeat, just fixed.. IE is wrong, in this case, I'd think.
In firebird it just scrolls, in Opera it repeats but is fixed. All in all its not very cross-browser friendly, but should be easily fixed by using CSS, inline or externally.

First one, and I agree that you should fix the picture of Figo  Perhaps it should be Zidane instead
