I'm still in the midst of programming things in, but I think the overall 'design template' is done, what do you guys think?

Thats a really nice design and look - well done

The only thing that I couldn't really make out was the logo - I couldn't tell what the image was below the text 'Core Limits'

Other than that, it looks pretty polished.

my only comment would be to style the links that are left at the default state set by the browser. that default blue (and purple for visited links) the browser uses doesn't look very good with your site's nice subdued colors.
