why did you use that template for your site... its very widely used you know. i would make something else to stand apart from the rest of the croud.....

oh no thats not what i mean. there are many ways to get a good design going try the following steps.

get a pen and paper
go to diff hosting sites
write down what you like and dont like about each one
get a new paper and draw something up based on what you liked and didnt like
and then transfer it to the pc

its really easy as that.

The design looks fine, professional enough, looks like a hosting company website!
one or two things...
-theres a lot of wasted space on the front page in the main content bit below the text, I'm sure you could find something to go there
-on your hosting package details table in firefox, the font is times new roman, firefox default. make sure you set this explicitly to be the same as the rest of the site, because it really looks bad having two fonts.
