ok, I suppose there is a lot of proffesional coding behind the first impression, so I guess it isn't as bad as it looks. (never judge a book by it's cover)
here are some cons of the website
1: the images are very poorly edited, and with a bit of diting, the images would look good.
2: there should be a little destinction between the different tables, so that the different pieces of information can be distinguisehd (messily spelt)
3: a little more colour variation on the page; there is only a light shade of blue, it doesn't give a good impression. maybe a little darker colour would make a nice change
4:the text should be orgnised, just a bit more, when viewing this in netscape 7.1, there were very large gaps between each of the paragraphs

I agree with the previous review, but would like to add some improvements to consider.

1. The markup could use some serious improvements. You are still using the font tag which shouldn't be used anymore.

2. I clicked on a couple of the menu items and I find those portions of the site to be really nice. Why have that first page? Why not just use this page as your home page?
