First off - you have black text on a black background! To just see the text, I have to highlight it!

It also seems a bit 'cluttered' around the edges - too many little boxes that don't really seem to do much.

Also, your shoutbox's colour doesn't really seem to match.

Personally, I would change the whole colour scheme, make it a lightish colour with black text

I will try fixing them, but the text are quite easy for me too see.
