What I think:
1. The background gradient of the nav bar hurts the eyes
2. Graphics could be improved
3. When you nav between your pages the content box moves around and is not always in the same place.
4. I am not crazy about any of your color choices.

ive just realised...the tables cant possibly move because ive only uploaded 1 of the pges of my new design

which is the index2.html all of the other pages on the site are old pages

i agree with the colour choice,
it is not the best, you should try to tone them down a bit.

and you really ought not to use tables to define the layout.
your current layout is very easy to implement with css.

you should also try to make your markup a bit more structual and semantic,
when you have a paragraph of text, use the p-element,
that is what it is for.
