Hi, please review my website again. I have completely redone it. Made the imagers smaller in size, got rid of the html tables, and converted it to CSS, redid the php code, and alot of additions / bug fixes...

it's always a good idea to validate you code with the w3c HTML validator

especially if you are going to advertise the fact that your CSS is valid (good job on that though
