I'd say it's an improvement.

A few things tho...

you should have tnose navigation boxes at the top of each page - keep it uniform, so that it's easier to navigate.

That very front page with the marquee about B.E.N. - I personally don't like scrolling marquees, but thats my thing. If you want to leave it - atleast slow it down. I read fast and I still had to strain to catch it

Going to the BEN Documents gave me a shock - totally different design and no way to go back (other than browser back button) - was a surprise...

But it's a definite improvement. It really is a shame about the tripod heading tho =/

You're still using a dark font on a dark color - black on grey can work but I, atleast, had to squint to read it, may want to find something with a bit more contrast..

OK...I'll slow down the marquee...
I haven't updated the B.E.N. Documents in a loooong time...you'll have to excuse it.
If you could show me some examples of the font scheme on other browsers, that would be great. It works pretty well on mine.
I do hate the tripod heading too, but is there any way to get free web hosting without ads? I assume you've figured out by now that I'm not old enough to support a paid site.
Thanks for the suggestions and keep checking cuz I'm updating it just about every day now!

Not just the font scheme, but the entire website would be better if it was uniform. You could accomplish this using CSS (cascading style sheets) if you want to learn more about it. You can do a search on css on google, or go to my bookmarks:

http://www.lisa-jill.com/extras/bookmarks.php and scroll down to the 'css' section - this is all the sites that helped me learn it =)

Basically this puts your structural information into a seperate file which all of your webpages call - so you only have to make changes to one file to update all your pages other than content, obviously.

I'm tired but I hope that came out ok. It's worth the time investment (if you have it, that is - time =) )

and yea.. I wasn't saying that you should pay just saying its a shame hehe

I checked out the CSS sites, and the concepts are pretty cool, but I don't understand what you want me to do with it...I thought my site was uniform.
I'm having a little bit of trouble with my design. I want to improve my background a little, but it creates a problem when the folders have no transparency. If you look at the folders on the second page, it's a folder with grey where it should be transparent, so if I change the background to a pattern, there'll be gray splotches. How do I save an image with some transparency?
Also, I have been wanting to put flash animations and quicktime movies up, but they are not recognized in Adobe GoLive. Do you know how to do it either in GoLive or with html?
Thanks

Its also not good to stretch your images. The image on the homepage has its height and width at 255x255, the image itself is 100x100. The text on the image is blurred and quite horrid on the eyes.

If you want it bigger then remake the image at the new size or resize the image using a photo program and replace the text.
