Navigation menu fonts are too small. Background image is too heavy - 296kb-s!!! needs to be optimized. Otherwise, looks nice.

Would be better if you could show us the site (html & graphics) instead of a screenshot. Then we get a better view of it.

I think it looks good, but the "your slogan" text in the heading looks very out of place
