You have no meta-data, how are you every going to be found?

I would maybe have an "about"page, unless you feel the description on the welcome page enough. I don't know whether I would buy from you without knowing more.

Hi Charley,

Keep going! You've made a good start! . . . the best bit of advice I can give is that when it comes to selling online, you're selling products not words! The customer (visitor) must be able to see what the product is and what it looks like as soon as they reach your site!

Some examples of good shopping sites:

http://www.beddingtons.com/store/home.php
http://www.floralscenter.com/customer/home.php
http://www.katastimaonline.com/customer/home.php

See what I mean? As soon as you get to the site, there's no question as to what they sell whereas with your site, it's difficult to say exactly what it is you do/sell.
