You need to break your first page text down a bit. Have you heard of paragraphs?
Your main logo looks pretty bad. I know you have probably reduced quality quite a bit to get it to a reasonable size, but I would suggest a better image editor. Your page scrolls horizontally in 800x600 res...

Loads quickly and simple layout which is always a good start. I'd take a look at your borders (black 1px) on the right column boxes, they don't appear to be working properly in IE and the borders are completely screwed up in firefox (including the body).
Good luck! EDIT: You've also used LOTS of deprecated tags . . . font, bgcolor, width, height to mention just a handful. I suspect you've used a WYSIWYG editor and not paid much attention to the code. Learn the code first and the design will follow
