Your navigation in made in flash, I would advise against this seeing as you provide no normal text based links.
Requiring someone to have flash on their machines to simply use your site is not good. You should always have some sort of navigation link that is normal HTML.

Oh c'mon, give me something... is the layout ok? Does it please your eyes? Is there something you'd change? It would be even greater if you could rate it, 1 to 10 1 = I like web pages with lots of colorful gif animations and midi background musics 10 = I could consider hiring you
