Hey, I just totaly redid the website for my band and put a mySQL backend on it. This is the first mySQL page I've done and I would apriciate any feedback on all aspects of the site.

Pretty cool.
What kind of music does your band play? Which instrument do you play?

We play ska. And I play sax and keys. There are some MP3s up for download on the site.

you could greatly reduce loading time using a table to contain your nav bar and title and using an iframe to show content. it means that everytime you click a link you don't need to wait for the page to reload.

Yes, and you could also completely kill whatever chance you had at getting any mentionable search engine rankings by using an iframe on your site. There are *much* better methods to decreasing load times than resorting to frames or iframes. |

actually, as long as you put your meta tags on your index page you will have no trouble with search page indexing.
