Not bad apart from the title with the word art effects look a bit tacky :S

Its changed quite a bit and i have converted the images to jpg's for faster loading.

You could definately speed up the page by removing repetitive code like

That has been repeated at least ten times in the page that you have remove tags like that and follow the links in my signature to find more pages that will direct you to learning quicker and cleaner coding.

As a get you started, you should put this in the <head> portion of your document

Try that out, by removing all the tags that I mentioned first. You will see that this code applies to all your <p> tags.
