generally, i think that the site is good well done!

however, i think that the font size is too large, and maybe the colours need to be more subtle.

also, i just noticed that when you go to the downloads (games), when you hover over 'download' the whole table shifts across - could you fix that?

1: OK, the site looks not bad - though I have to agree the hover transition of links in the content area is annoying as it causes the whole page to move.
2: I would have an introduction on your first page to say what the site is about.
3: For your tutorials, I would let the user know that a new window is opening, and still provide a link back to the main section in that tutorial page. Maybe consider using highlight_file() or similar for the PHP source code.
4: When you click on an image in the wallpaper section -> FORBIDDEN!!
5: In your scripts section, maybe an explaination of what it is supposed to do would be good.
6: Stats Again, let the user know that it is a new window
7: contact us -> would be better if you relied on a script rather than a client browser -> it would also hide the fact you are using a hotmail account.

Overall, not too shabby good job, but check your HTML syntax, it seems a bit muddled in parts and don't validate

I have now fixed all of those problems (except the wallpaper one, it works fine for me!). Thanks for your advice!
