The site looks good.

Forums are a tough thing to get going. There are a lot of them out there. You really have to set yourself apart from the rest. Look at DevShed for example, it looks different than almost any other forum I know of. That's important.

Looks like you have a decent post count so far, you should be well on your way!

thanks, some people have suggested to get some hacks make the place alittle more interesting, can you suggest any?

First design a good logo the existing one is not good..

In your forumdisplay.php the threads are aligned center which looks unorganised, align to left..

And as said earlier there are thousands of webmaster forums and you have to provide something different for your visitors to stick around there
