Could you please tell me if this is viewable across mulit-platforms at a resolution of 1024x768. I don't want users to have to scroll left to right. I don't have Windows so thanks to those users for helping out.

I still have to scroll a little bit and I run at 1024x768. Be advised that most people don't run at this resolution, though.

According to who? For the Devshed crowd, it may be, but overall, 800x600 is still the most common.
