it loaded for me..
are you useing firefox or safari to check the page you made I have found they allow bad html to pass though while on IE it will just not display content like last week I put <title>title</a> by accident and firefox opened it just fine but IE just displayed an empty page

Do you want comments on the layout or the coding?
Layout is OK, though I would maybe have a banner image or something, but it is pretty clean and easy to read. HTML is full of errors...an extra </div> on line 12 maybe throwing a wobbley. Mostly you are using ID wrong, and a few missing alt tags. Looks wise, as previously stated, quite nice.
