The collective eh? ROFL. O.k your site looks pretty good although it takes ages to load, I'd advise droppoing the table based layout.

Its a nice site, though nothing special. As for loading, it was a touch on the long side, but I don't think it was all that long. The load time wouldn't cause me to go elsewhere.

logo neads some fixing up. its too pixelated. also for your links on the left, get rid of the tree +'s next to them, it makes it look like you can expand them.

load time was not a problem for me, but thats probably because i'm on cable. It doesnt look too image-intensive so i dont know why the load time would be slow anyway
