Ladies and gentleman. It's been a while since I've posted, as you can see I've been quite busy with several careers. This website fresh, was just created, and I have a huge form with dynamic fields. I'm sure you guys can go through it and at least find one problem/error with the page. Have at it, and let me know what you think I could do better.
