http://www.geekcertified.com
Hey all,
I recently designed http://www.geekcertified.com. Its based loosely on a template. The goal of the site is to be professional and clean, and easy to navigate. The site's purpose is to certify webhosts' customer support abilities. I'm wondering, how is the layout? Are there any large problems I'm missing? Does the applicant system seem easy to use and find? Thanks in advance! |

first impression:
that brown color on the bottom-left side of the page is nasty - i'd say just take the gradient out and keep the orange all the way down the left. the sub-nav items (under Certifications) should have a different bullet style than the top-level nav items - plain round bullets would work fine. finally, the "Geek Certified assumes no responsibility for typographical errors" sounds cheesy and casts a bad shadow on the site. I'd recommend just removing it. |
