The site seems bland. The links on the right arent buttons, jus links. Buttons would be easier to use. Some of the text is small, and hard to read.

The shopping cart is good, but for further developement u may want to think about a shopping cart, that is shown on each page. An example of this is on www.amazon.com.

Overall the site works, however I feel some works needs to be done on the links along the top and down the side. The buttons need to be bigger than the text.

On amazon when u buy a product, u arent taking to ure shopping basket each time. The page is updated ans the product u have added to the basket shown. It means that at any point the user can view there basket, without changing moving pages. Im sure someone else would explain it better.

The text that is small is at the top in the title bar area as shown below

SPECIALIZING IN ALL OF YOUR HIGH
PERFORMANCE HOSE AND FITTING NEEDS

Hope i explained the shopping basket okl. It may be your next stage of development if you like.

Yep I know what you are saying on the shopping cart I totaly agree. But my provider is looking to upgrading servers here within the next month or two and possibly getting more / newer ecommerce software installed so not going to put really any effort into that untill I see what they are going to do.

The text in the center I had to do small because of resolution problems. I made it any bigger under 800x600 everything would look really messed up

Thanks for your remarks though.

Well I agree that the site is bland, but I'm not convinced that it needs to be exciting. Your industry would dictate that people who know what they want will gravitate to your site despite appearance. The site is functional and serves its intended purpose and I think that is very important. Now I would suggest you focus all of your energy on worrying about page rank and site advertisement to ensure you get the traffic you want to your site.

My site suggestions:
i would make the products link more prominent and advertise that you can shop online. I would make the company (information about you) link more prominent and really sell your product and services to the consumer. When I first look at your site I do not get the immediate impression that I can shop online and that this is a company I need to deal with. My $0.02, I hope it helps!

Made it much more prominent that we sell stuff online with an animated gif. As for the company link will look more into that when I recieve some possible details from them.

As for the search ranking not much I can really do that I havent already done, no budget for online advertising

Good pointers much appreciated?

Anyone or anything else you can come up with?
