I checked it out and it looks good overall. few things

1) There are white lines above and below the menu that extend past the edge of the table.

2) Consider making a mouse-over image for menu items
3) The Support page is broken
4) I would make your under construction page mesh with the rest of the site. The black throws a visitor off a little
5) consider some form validation on your contact form, it will save you a lot of blank email messages

I love the color scheme and think the overall flow is very clean. Nicely done!

The actual useful information on the page should easily fit "above the fold". However, this design pushes more than 1/3 of the page off-screen.

The top third of the screen is largely a waste. There's an inch of vertical space devoted to saying "computer technology services". Is that really the key phrase that is selling well for you? I kinda doubt it.

I would dump most of the graphical geegaw at the top of the page, leaving at most the company name. I would likewise dump the scrolling novelty column on the right. That would leave room to show all the important information in a single screen, and likely at a larger (i.e., more readable) font size.

"Want to start you own [...]" should be "Want to start your own".

"Currenlty have a" should be "Currently have a".

The sentence beginning "Select from either a one time change" makes no sense. Best guess was that you intended to offer two choices: "one time change" or "bundled time banks", but that is not how it is worded currently.
