overall I say good job!
a few things that I find a bit of a nuisance.. your links at the very top are (onmouseover) red on an orange background, and very hard to see... though looks good against the white background later in the page the orange circles, where you split off your content sections is very repetitve.. almost over the top.. maybe you could try different looks for each section.. I don't know... I'm no expert but, there's my opinon.
