What do you think of the layout and flash at the top of the site?
Mysite is a web hosting company. The front page is designed to showcase the current promotions, Each additional page serves the purpose of its title.

The flash animation seems a bit tedious: I don't want to watch it move around every time I go to a page. I like how you provided normal (not flash links) at the bottom of your page.

One thing I don't understand is your "search feature" in your flash. Where do you input text?

Maybe if you made them stop after a few seconds it would work a little better, its a bit distracting. Have it run throught once then all come to a nice easy stop.
