I've been putting together a website using a PHP header and footer for uniform style and navigation. I've also been working on some interesting features like allowing users to disable popup windows (used for external links), change font size, or show a printable version. The website also uses PHP to dynamically switch between tables and CSS layout. I have released my PHP under GPL in case others find it useful. While I have yet to find problems, I would be interested in others' input on how I might improve this implementation or potential bugs that may arise. The website itself is:
