ok last time i made a post like this was a few weeks back
my original design was

after everyones comments i thought it would take a lot fo time to change the graphics and even then i couldnt find a font colour that looked good on the background. so i decided on a new layout which is much simpler which can be found

I like the look of the new style a lot better.

Here are my suggestions:

Add a blank line between menu items on the left hand side to space them out a bit.

Center the graphic in your heading.

Hope these 2 ideas help!

ok ive changed the logo to the middle and it looks better
i wasnt sure about the links when i did change it so i left it as it ive also changed the divider in between the logo and the main text area slightly

if anybody else thinks i should change the links or anything else please post below
