I am looking for design critiques. Be honest, I can handle it.

Any input would be much appreciated!

That's great, I luv it really nice artwork.
If I wanted to be really picky, the "events" "news" and "media" headings look like clickable buttons (but they arn't) and they all have an odd white pixel in each corner.
But no, its fab

yeah, i agree about the "events" "news" etc headings. i would suggest having them span across the entire column, and get rid of the rounded border. the border is pretty much what makes them look like buttons

great job overall

I like it.
Specially all the icons in the menu. Also it is valid XHTML and CSS, what more can I say?

Very nice site - VERY professional, functional, good-looking. I also would do something about the non-button buttons... maybe make them simple text headlines. Good work!

Having a clean, consistent, un-cluttered, and obviously well-designed website sets you apart from the amateurs. Nice!

Thanks for the input guys. I really appreciate it. Now I guess I have a few things to clean up. Always good to get a good word from the guys "in the know."
