TIA

Not quite sure

I am not quite sure what type of critique you want. The site looks really good - somewhat better than I am capable of. I guess I am just curious about what errors you are finding. I like the design and layout. I didn't check all of the pages - because there are lots, but overall it looks just fine.

My overall critique would be - do you feel like doing my site? (i should qualify this as a joke - before I get a thousand PMs with quotes on doing my site for me)

Great job!

Thank you.
I wasn't really sure what kind to ask for. I had a few people bash it for being 'wordy' and not 'designed'. I'm not a designer I'm a network admin, so it really did bug me at the time. I guess I'm just looking for a "job well done for somebody with no graphical background" kinda thing. I had though of doing a few sights for friend but have trouble coming up with good layouts.

how about:
navigation, color scheme, and overall layout?

I think it all looks great. The layout looks good and I found it easy to navigate. I am not a big fan of the blue (I just don't like light blues), but I do see it as tying into the whole aquarium theme. In my view the whole site is very functional.

There are some, and I am one of them, that believe that heavy graphics and stylized sites do more to clutter the view and less to make the site an easy read.

I suppose, and I can't remember who's signature it is, but this really sums it up:
"People with limited time, money, and experience usually build fairly usable Web sites. However, there is no Web site so simple that a graphic designer can't make it slow, confusing, and painful to use." I believe the user might have been "kk5st". Well you get the idea.

I love it, cant find anything wrong, maybe the apces about half down the first page looks a bit weird. Maybe centre the design, as on my screen ots located on the left with loads of blue on the right. In the middle it would even the gaps out.

Great site, well done.

well, For an aquarium site its what it is supposed to be. Informative, not to much graphics. Its not like a graphics designers site where things have to look like they came straight out of start trek or sumthin with a bajillion designs since your not trying to impress people, just give them information. I like that it is easy to navigate and easy to understand. the only thing i can say is the quality of the pictures that you have are..... well not very good. I like the site, but maybe you should make the navigation into blue blocks, and have a white background. I dunno how to explain it, but something easy to navigate, to read, and a little more appealing if you wanted to. otherwise, I would say just leave it where its at, and let the complainers complain.
