Would like critiques on http://www.personalhurricanecenter.....com/index.php?.

I've tested the page visually in IE 6, Net 7, Fire 1. IE gives me problems with the background colors in the main section. I've posted that question in CSS but if you have a solution, please let me know.

The main thing is I want to make sure the layout is good in other/earlier browsers. I'm also not quite sure of the color selection so I may change that. If you have any suggestions on that, let me know.

None of the links or the login form is operational. I am just setting the layout so I can continue with the rest of the website. I don't want to get too far ahead and realize problems later on.

On the left side that's quite a few links and they are spaced pretty far apart. If you are going to have that many I'd put them closer together and make them smaller. Also that blue background is bright and hard on the eyes. Definitely get a different color than that blue.
