Hi,
I finished this site about 6 months ago and the customer is very happy with it. Problem is that few people are paying for the service, several hundred have taken up free registration but then not gone further. Can you guys give me some usability/site message feedback to see if you 'get' the site and whether theres anything fundamentally wrong with it from a selling aspect.

I'm had a slight issue with mozilla browsers and the only fix was to put a br between the top and content, hence the white line, so please dont tell me i have an issue there.

The site works for me. I was able to navigate throughout in an intuitive manner and things loaded fast (on broadband here). I would take a guess that you are simply in a highly competitive market and folks have other options when house hunting - many of them free of course. I guess you did some market research and calculated your fees would be seen as value from a customer viewpoint?
