quite nice design, the one little niggle about accessibility would be the colours for the headers on the little boxes at the bottom (the higher the contrast the better) and your drop down menu, if you are determined to code it in that way, i would suggest adding a user friendly interface page, one for folk with no js etc.

i would also suggest tab-indexing your links.

you have a a title and a style element way down at the bottom of your page, that is wrong

your doctype declares xhtml 1.0 transitional, you will have to make major changes to get to that.

p.s. i don't know if you're an international company or not, but if you are, and 'realty' isn't a part of your company name (which i assume it is) then use another word, because as a speaker of the english language, i didn't have a clue what it meant.
