Difficult to know what the site is about unless you browse, but I didn't so I can only comment on the layout. Looks good, though I find the seach / login text a bit annoying / difficult to read.
Code wise, bit messy - only 53 errors  Pretty good otherwise.

At first I thought I was being very uncool by presuming the site was about Photoshop files, now I'm not so sure... what is your site about? I think you may want some intro text explaining everything.
The only real layout gripes are that you build in tables, and use the same unreadable text for the form fields as the submit buttons and it's quite confusing. Try something less bold and a bit larger. Otherwise the site looks ok
